Fourteen days, no questions asked

If Ekhio is not for you, we give you your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You do not have to explain why.

Write to us at hola@ekhio.com from the email you bought with, or ask Paddle directly from the receipt you were sent.

Your legal rights are still there

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

That includes the right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the right of regret in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, and the Australian consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded.

If Ekhio is faulty, is not as we described it or is not fit for what we said it does, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund beyond those 14 days. In the European Union that right lasts at least two years from the purchase.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Better: try it first

Ekhio downloads with a full 14 days, no account and no card. It is the same app, with every feature. Try it on your Mac, with your speakers and your apps, and buy only if it convinces you.

That way almost nobody needs a refund.

How the money comes back

The refund is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who was the one who charged you. It goes back to the same payment method and usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Paddle may also issue a refund on its own within 60 days of the purchase in certain cases, for example to avoid a chargeback.

What happens to your license

When you are refunded, the license is revoked. Ekhio goes back to the expired-trial state: audio passes through unprocessed, and your measurement, your rules and your presets stay saved on your Mac in case one day you come back.
